What types of classes do you offer?
We offer Perform60, a 60-minute strength and performance class, and Fit45, a 45-minute high-energy, full-body workout. Both classes are coach-led and suitable for all fitness levels.
Do I need prior CrossFit experience to join?
No experience is required. Our classes are designed for everyone, from beginners to advanced athletes. Coaches provide guidance to help you move safely and effectively.
Can I train on my own schedule?
Yes. We offer a 24-hour fitness program for members who prefer independent training using our performance-focused equipment.

What should I bring to class?
Just comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle. All other equipment is provided.
